Who we are

The Hertfordshire Rugby Lodge is the data controller for information you give us through this website. Contact the Secretary at secretary@rugbylodge.co.uk.

Enquiries

If you send an enquiry we use your name, email, any phone number and your message only to reply to you and, if you wish, arrange to meet. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months unless you become a member.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The Facebook feed is off by default. If you choose to show it, Facebook (Meta) may set cookies under its own privacy policy. If you pick "Always show", your browser remembers that choice; clear your site data to reset it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
